The prices are for the appartement.
Lautrec: maximum 4 persons.
Helvetia and Queen Mary: maximum 5 persons (with extra bed).
Included:
Water, electricity, taxes and waste sacks from Bredene.
Tablets dishwasher. ( 1 per day)
Not included:
* Endcleaning € 30,-
* Bed linen and towels. (bring yourself or for rent)
* Toilet paper (1 roll at arrival)
Payment: 50% at booking, remainder 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation: due 50% until 30 days of arrival, after 100%
Arrival is at 14.00 hrs. and departure at 10.00 hrs.
When you leave, the appartment has to be in order and no rubbish there.
